Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation affects future billing but does not automatically generate a refund.
After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges apply for subsequent billing periods unless you resubscribe.
At the end of the paid period, your account may revert to the applicable free or limited tier, and previously processed content or workflow results may remain accessible subject to your plan, retention settings, and account status.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be available within 7 days of the purchase date if the account has seen limited usage and remains in good standing.
To be eligible, the account must generally have used less than 50% of the applicable monthly processing or generation quota, and the account must not have been terminated or suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not issued in several common situations where the service has already been substantially consumed or the request falls outside policy limits.
This includes requests made after the 7-day refund window, accounts that have used more than 50% of the applicable monthly quota, free tier accounts, duplicate refund requests for the same billing period, accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations, and requests submitted more than 60 days after the purchase date.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact the Smart Blog System team with the relevant billing details.
Email support@smartblogsystem.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address, the purchase date, and the reason for the request so we can verify the account history and review the issue.
Processing timeline and billing errors
Refund requests and billing issues are reviewed as quickly as practical after submission.
Refund decisions are typically communicated within 2 to 3 business days, and approved refunds may appear on the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider.
If you were charged in error, such as through duplicate billing or a clear processing mistake, we will review and correct the erroneous charge after verification.
Technical issues and account deletion
If a technical issue prevents use of the service, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Separate rules may apply when an account is deleted.
If a platform issue remains unresolved after 7 days and the issue materially prevents use of the service, you may be eligible for a full refund after review.
If you request account deletion, personal data may be removed within 30 days subject to legal, billing, security, and operational retention requirements. Deleting an account permanently cancels the subscription, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the unused remainder of the current billing period.
